Register a seller account
Step 01
Registration form
Fill in your company details and accept the required statements. After submission, your company will be created with the status “Pending verification”.
Registering from outside Poland? Select your country and the VAT number format will update automatically.
Step 02
Email verification
You’ll receive an email with a unique token link. Click it to verify your address and access your Machineportal.com account.
Didn’t receive the verification link? Request it again to the email used during registration.
Step 03
Company verification
After account activation, a consultant will verify your company data. They may contact you for additional information or documents.
Once verified, your company will gain “Verified” status and access to all platform features.
